You can begin to experience a lifting of stress, struggle, frustration, setback and uncertainty accompanied by significant reduction in your weight and a real increase in your health, fitness and happiness…

This is an outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training, packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. You will receive ongoing motivation from your instructor as well as other participants in the program. You will be training with an assortment of people in your age group who share one thing in common: The need and desire to lose weight, get fit, be healthy also have readiness and motivation to make it happen.

Each day will be a new challenge to move you closer to your goals. This program consist of cardiovascular activities, drills, circuit training, light weights, stretching and breathing. All ages, shapes and fitness levels will achieve great results. If you are new or experience to fitness this is an opportunity you do not want to miss. You choose your activity level and push yourself to your limits!

Before going any further, I urge you not to make excuses for yourself about your unbalanced schedules, hormones, genetics or slow metabolism. These are small road blocks you can overcome one day at a time. When you have excuses not to exercise, you give up control of your body.
